Even though Darksiders II took top spot as the best-selling game of August in North America, New Super Mario Bros 2 and Kingdom Hearts 3D: Dream Drop Distance both placed second and third, respectively, which is an unbelievable achievement for exclusive titles. I feel sorry for Kingdom Hearts 3Ds. It gets a lot of bad comments and a lot of it is just silly complaints from people fed up of waiting for Kingdom Hearts 3. If they actually paid attention during the story and read the reports this game is pretty much setting it up for Kingdom Hearts 3. Even so the game has done really well but I think part of it is lack of major competition.
