Gaming site Kotaku has received an anonymous tip from a local Australian retailer stating that Wii U will release on the 6th of December in the country. Considering this date is on a Thursday makes perfect sense as that is Nintendo’s important day in Australia for releasing games and consoles alike. The original Wii was released on December 7th in Australia which was also a Thursday.
