Thankfully Nintendo has resolved this problem by designing the 3DS XL with nubs that will keep the bottom screen from touching the top screen which will leave your new system unscathed. thats balony I have a 3ds xl and I have scratches on my upper screen in less than a month. Now I have to send it to nintendo, don’t buy 3ds or 3ds xl without screen protectors!
