Nintendo has announced that it is expecting 10.5 million Wii and Wii U consoles to be sold this fiscal year which started in April 2012 and ends March 2013. Nintendo has to be putting its faith in the Wii U’s launch sales as the Wii only managed to gain just over 700,000 units sold worldwide in between April and June.
